Frank Bay hidden gem! Immaculate and cozy very private separate stand-alone condo bungalow, part of small 5 unit condo association. Separate entrance and parking. Brick patio at entrance with lush plantings. Large pool located on upper patio and only a one minute walk from Frank Bay beach and art gallery - three minute walk to Cruz Bay. Spectacular interior stone wall and cathedral ceilings with AC throughout, washer, dryer, solar panels, and generator. Fully furnished with all necessities including kitchen with microwave, convection toaster oven all utensils and dishes, etc. Gorgeous landscaping, very quiet traditional Caribbean neighborhood, 3 min walk to Cruz Bay town, ferry dock, restaurants and shops. Water view from outside covered porch off of living room. Spiral staircase leads to upstairs loft with 3 twin beds and full bathroom and small outside deck with lovely views of St Thomas, Frank Bay and sunsets. Recently updated bathrooms with tiled showers and glass doors. En suite master bedroom, internet and wifi. UV sanitizing and double filters provide pristine collected rainwater. This cottage sustained absolutely no damage in hurricane Irma or Maria, it is in a very sheltered spot.

We had an awesome stay!! Comfortable for 4 people. Fully stocked kitchen and parking right out front. Luciah was awesome and met us at the jeep rental place to guide us back to the house and give us a tour of the place! Would definitely stay again! We loved seeing all the cats, chickens, and peacocks walking around outside everyday too!

Great location, quiet and charming place was very comfortable for 4 of us. AC, grill, beach chairs, cooler, pool, parking for your jeep. Walk to bars and restaurants

We were very please with our stay. The place had plenty of room for four of us to move around and a fully stocked kitchen. We were able to visit 4 beaches. It was close to all the shops and restaurants in Cruz Bay. It also had a generator that worked! The host met us at the car ferry, then guided us to our house. We would stay there again.

Of course there are mosquitoes on Caribbean islands. The question is whether the property owner has done enough to control them. The answer for this property is no. We did all we could, such as by keeping windows and doors closed, running the 2 supplied bug zappers, applying bug spray to ourselves and the interior, yet we were still besieged day and night by mosquitoes. We literally had to stay on the go, away from what was otherwise a beautiful cottage, because of this issue. The mosquitoes appear to breed in the a/c vents but there is no way to isolate in any rooms since the doors have louvers.. Even if this is a seasonal problem, it should be addressed, not ignored. At a minimum, the owner could provide mosquito nets for sleeping. Owner needs to figure out a solution to this problem.
