About this house rental
Tucked away you'll find our Hideaway home, hidden from the road and reached via a wooden bridge - it's a little gem. Located perfectly for Sandy Gully beach with access through the rear garden gate; you won't need to use the car at all! Aireys shops and pub are all within walking distance. The home itself is extremely comfortable with great beds, a well equiped kitchen and indoor fireplace making it perfect for all seasons! Enjoy the peace and take in the sounds of the birds and ocean.
There is a large deck with outdoor furniture, bbq and umbrella for those sunny days!
The home configurations is as follows:
x1 queen bedroom (upstairs)
x1 queen bedroom with single and balcony (upstairs)
x1 queen bedroom (downstairs)
x1 bathroom with shower only (downstairs)
x1 laundry
All linen and towels are provided.
BYO wood & kindling for the indoor fireplace - please note you will need to arrange firewood prior to arriving into Aireys Inlet as there are limited options locally to buy firewood.
Please note there is no wifi at this property.
Entire home.
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
We do not accept young groups or schoolies, preferably families.
We do not host events or parties.
Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum if outside after 9pm.

Comfortable quiet property, very clean. Awkward car access, especially if heavy cases or disabled. Need indication as where to park, and which bridge to use. Poor TV reception, only channels 3 and 10. NO microwave.No wifi. No upstairs toilet for upstairs bedrooms. Electric cooktop very slow; need kettle.Great food options within walking distance, especially genuine French restaurant "Le Comptoire".
