About this apartment rental
You won't want to leave our charming, one-of-a-kind place. The view is spectacular! We are on the beach block, less than 500 footsteps away from the boards & the sandy beach. You'll be enchanted with all that Ocean City has to offer-amazing food, Manco Pizza, salt water taffy, frozen custard, funnel cake, our famous Johnson's Popcorn, The Shoppes on Asbury Ave...But especially sandy feet, sun-kissed cheeks, the warmth of the sun and peaceful sounds of the ocean waves. We look forward to your stay!
The space
You'll love our small place, and the view... it is breathtaking. We can accommodate 2 adults, and your infant and/or small child.

Come visit…You'll love our lobby and front desk which is where you'll check in, grab some brochures featuring the summer events happening, ‘places to go’ in the area, restaurant ideas and menus for grab ‘n go! Restaurants are just around the corner on Asbury Ave., an ice cream shop next door, the boardwalk is steps away. There's a library for reading and game playing, with seating for a comfy-relaxing time away from the beach. There's an outdoor shower, bike racks, and bike rentals next door. Washer/Dryer and ice maker on the premises. There is free street parking available all within a short block or two from our condo.

Our kitchenette includes small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, air fryer, a
2-burner cook top, coffee pot, dishes/utensils, pots/pans.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient to the beach snd boardwalk. Just a short walk from 2 cafes in the same block However, the photos were misleading. We really thought the place would be at least a little bigger. Not much room to navigate around the bed with two people trying to maneuver around each other and our luggage - which wasn’t much since we only stayed the weekend. Otherwise, a pleasant place to stay.

Great load/unload option ( 15 min parking outside building) for check in & out. Lovely breeze thru open windows in condo with view to beach and bay. Distance to beach/boards was great. Option for elevator or stairs. Happy with access ( keyless), new to us cleaning fee - still competitive pricing for rental. Nice chance to experience The Hanscom Condos with custom interior paintings! Great host and property experience.

Its was very old The shower filled up with water. It needs some maintenance done. Very good location.
