Come enjoy this newly built townhome with a hot tub in the heart of Jax Beach. This oasis is in the perfect location walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, a park and the ocean! Enjoy the outdoor lounging area in the private fenced in backyard. Over 1800 square foot perfect for groups and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes Smart TVs, fast 400 mbps WIFI, propane grill, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Only 0.5 mile to Beach!
The Space:
Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the sand and a short walk to Starbucks and Breezy's coffee shops, an assortment of restaurants, and a few minutes from Whole Foods grocery stores.
The kitchen is complete with cooking ware, full dining sets, Nespresso coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You get to enjoy the private fenced in backyard all to yourself with lounging furniture and a grill.
There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots. This unit is walking distance to Beach hut Cafe, Bono’s Pit BBQ, Kamiya 86 and Eleventh South Bistro.

Primary Bedroom: King Sized Bed with full private bathroom that includes a Balcony

2nd Bedroom: triple twin bunk beds (3 total twin size beds)
3rd bedroom: Queen size bed
4th bedroom: twin bed with trundle
Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Beach towels are provided. You can comfortably sleep 11 people!
Hot tub service comes Tuesdays between 11-1 and Fridays after 1pm for a quick service and cleaning to keep the hot tub in great condition for your use!

Getting Around:
There is a Whole Foods 0.7 miles away. There are also many restaurants, stores, and nail salons in the area. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

In town with our the home is very clean with great accomodations comfortable, larger living room and sleeping arrangements. Host was very responsive and friendly grandsons, son ,& daughter in law

House rules are not consistent. It says 9 people not 11 on listing. I asked several times for house rules. When I received them there was no mention that dogs are not allowed on beds. I paid a big pet fee. It added stress to the trip. Check for toilet paper. 1 extra roll for 3 bathrooms. Bring cups. Walls not clean. Lights in backyard broken. Xbox didn’t work.
Neighbors who own their property, have parties and play music you can hear through the wall. Party went until after 11:00 pm. For the amount I paid I could have had 3 hotel rooms beachfront.
