The booking price includes 2 spacious, beach 3-story townhouses, each one has 3 large bedrooms, for a total of 6 bedrooms. Located two blocks from the beach, our home offers a modern, comfortable getaway for families, friends, golf trips, wedding parties, and business travelers. Located near the most popular restaurants and nightlife in Jax Beach. A short drive to NFL games, golf courses, and concerts. Off-street parking for up to 6 vehicles. You will have the both homes to yourself.

This listing is to reserve 2 separate townhomes that are side-by-side so everyone can stay close together! They are NOT connected; there is no common area between them. The layouts of the townhomes are mirror images of one another. The pictures show 2 living rms, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms.

Parking for 6 vehicles (3 vehicles per townhome).

There are 6 total bedrooms.
2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. Both of these bedrooms have 2 queen beds each.
4 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Two of these bedrooms have queen beds and the other two have king beds.

Living, kitchen, and dining areas are on the 2nd floor.

We love pets! $30/night/pet

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
