The Space:
Step into the backyard and discover the soul of AquaTerra. At its center, a newly installed heated and cooled saltwater pool stays crisp in summer and warm in winter. Whether it’s a morning dip or a night swim beneath glowing lights, the pool quickly becomes the heart of your stay. A well-appointed deck surrounds it, with space to lounge, dine, or catch the game on the 65-inch outdoor TV.

Beyond the pool, a six-burner grill, built-in fire pit, and Adirondack chairs turn casual dinners into memorable evenings. Kids have their own poolside playground, adults can join a game of cornhole, and pets are free to roam. A screened, fan-cooled patio offers a shaded, comfortable setting for relaxed outdoor dining.

When the ocean calls, you’re just two short blocks from the sand—an easy stroll to a memorable day at the beach. Afterward, rinse off and slip back into the pool, transitioning effortlessly from sea to sanctuary.

Inside, every detail — from newly selected furnishings to well-stocked kitchen essentials — was thoughtfully chosen to make hosting large groups effortless. The spacious living room invites everyone to relax with swivel chairs, deep seating, and a 90-inch smart TV. The chef’s kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space with bar seating, and everything needed to cook and serve with ease. A breakfast nook for five overlooks the backyard, while the formal dining room seats ten comfortably.

With five bedrooms, nine beds, and three-and-a-half bathrooms, the home easily accommodates groups of all kinds. The master suite opens directly to the pool and includes a king bed, walk-in shower, and jacuzzi tub. Three more bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, while the kids’ slumber room includes bunk beds and a trundle.

Entertainment flows across every level. Upstairs, the game room features a full-size pool table, large TV, and bar seating. Downstairs, the garage becomes a ping pong hangout zone stocked with games and casual seating. With seven smart TVs throughout the home, everyone can unwind their own way.

Daily needs are thoughtfully covered. A dedicated workstation and strong WiFi support remote work. The full laundry room is stocked with essentials. Parking is easy with a two-car garage and large driveway. For families, a crib and highchair are on-site. Pets are welcome too — the backyard is fenced, and the nearby beach is pet-friendly. The beach gear station includes two cruisers, chairs, coolers, buggies, a tent, boogie boards, a surfboard, and kids’ toys.

AquaTerra is just a short drive from the best of South Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra Beach. You’re five minutes from the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, nine minutes from the Mayo Clinic, twelve minutes from TPC Sawgrass, and less than a mile from Whole Foods, Publix, Starbucks, and Target.

The Neighborhood:
AquaTerra is ideally situated just two blocks from the beach and close to Northeast Florida’s top destinations. Bike to the prestigious Ponte Vedra Inn & Club or drive twelve minutes to TPC Sawgrass. The Mayo Clinic is a convenient nine-minute drive away, while EverBank Stadium, Daily’s Place, and Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena are easily accessible. A scenic 30-minute drive brings you to historic St. Augustine. Nearby, you'll find Whole Foods, Publix, Starbucks, and Target for all your essentials. Less than a mile away, South Beach Park and Sunshine Playground offer easy access for kids to explore, play, and make new friends.

Other Things to Note:
The pool is available for your enjoyment year-round! Optional heating or cooling is available for $50 per night. Due to the energy costs of maintaining ideal water temperature, this service is offered as an optional upgrade. Please let us know in advance if you’d like this added so we can have the pool set to your preferred temperature.

We charge an extra fee for guests above 8. When making your reservation, please input the correct guest count. After booking, we will confirm the guest count with you. If you need to increase your guest count to more than 8, this will result in a corresponding price increase. We verify guest counts via external cameras on our properties. If we notice a higher guest count than reported, we reserve the right to charge additional fees at double the standard rate before check-in.

Additional Fee Guidelines:
• Extra Guests: $45 per guest/night after 10 guests (i.e. 11 guests would be $45/night extra and 12 guests would be $90/night extra)
• Pet Fees: $60/night per pet, $300/week per pet, $600/month per pet. This fee is not included in the accommodation rate. We will request the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.
• Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs:
- 1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $100
- 1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
- 2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $300
- 3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $400 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more

For guests requiring a pack 'n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.

There is a propane grill and propane tank. Guests are responsible for refilling the tank when it runs out.

We have a minimum 7-day stay requirement for local guests. To request an exception, please inquire through your booking platform. Exceptions are made at our discretion.

Gatherings or parties of any kind are strictly forbidden at this property. Hosting a gathering, party, or event at this property will result in a $1000 fee.

Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Cigar or cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking  (ash, empty cigarette packs, etc.) will result in a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.
