About this house rental
Single family home, entire house, centrally located in in Charleston. Great location, easy to get to Downtown Charleston or anywhere in Charleston metro area within 20-30 min. Close to the airport, a short drive to popular beaches, as well as the various medical facilities throughout the area. There is a washer and dryer in unit for your use. The house is equipped with essentials and there is a large screen TV in the living room with YouTubeTV provided.

The neighborhood is transitioning but safe, my home is sequestered in a quiet corner of the neighborhood with a few elderly neighbors and other working folks, very little foot traffic. You'll see several renovations ongoing as you drive in.
This home is near a public highway and there is traffic noise. White noise machines are available for guest use, but light sleepers should consider the traffic noise before booking.

The place is brand new & nicely furnished. The listing mentions being on the expressway & noise being a problem but w/ the white noise machines in the bedrooms it was ok. I do agree w/ that assessment with the exception of the master bedroom which is closest to the expressway. With my ear plugs and the noise machine, I still could not sleep. Once I put a pillow over my head I was able to fall asleep.

My family loved this house for our stay in Charleston! It was perfect for what we needed. The host communicated very well. The only negative thing I can say is, it was not in the best part of town. We did not have an issue with it!
