About this chalet rental
The Townhouse Ocean Joy is the perfect refuge for families or groups seeking comfort and practicality during holidays in the Algarve.
On the ground floor, there is a pleasant living and dining room, ideal for moments of socialising, a guest bathroom and direct access to the external veranda, which features a barbecue and outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, and a suite with a double bed and private bathroom with shower. On this floor there is also a common bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring total comfort for all guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, providing all the functionality necessary to prepare and share your meals with family or friends.
Guests can still enjoy the common areas of the condominium, which include a shared swimming pool for adults and children and an outdoor games area. The property has private parking, as well as public parking options in the vicinity.
Located in Albufeira, close to the beach, bars and the main attractions of the Algarve.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €175 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

From the 8th to the 10th guest an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed

We spent most of our time on the outdoor balcony. The barbecue area is perfect for sunny afternoons, and the dining table outside was where we had all our breakfasts. The kitchen is fully equipped and made cooking very easy. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Algarbe restaurant nearby, which was a highlight of our trip.

A very pleasant house with plenty of space for a large group. The three bathrooms (including the social one on the ground floor) made a big difference for us. The area is quiet but close enough to bars and attractions when you want some excitement. We will definitely be back next year!

The outdoor games area and the children's pool kept our little ones entertained for hours. The house itself is very practical and functional, with everything a group needs. The beach is a short distance away, and the area feels very safe and welcoming.

We had a lovely stay at Townhouse Ocean Joy. The bedroom with the bunk bed and single bed was perfect for our kids, and the master suite was very comfortable. Having the pool right there in the condominium was great for the children to make friends and play safely. The location is excellent, close to everything!
