Our spacious yet warm 5 bedroom home with gorgeous lake views, private dock and fire pit, is the perfect retreat for family and friends. Camp Summer Wind, located 20 minutes from Hudson and 10 minutes from Coxsackie, offers the very best of lake living combined with home entertainment and a gourmet chef's kitchen. Nestled within the rural beauty of the Catskill Mountains, and only a 10 minute drive to the quaint Hudson River villages of Athens and Coxsackie.
Impeccably cared for and well-appointed home offers 5 large bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, direct lake access, kayaking, paddle boarding, sunbathing, fire pit, hammock, wifi, media room and projection screen, gourmet kitchen, multiple decks and outdoor activities, 5 burner stainless steel grill, board games, ping pong and air hockey, darts, xbox one and two gas fireplaces.
While we named our home "Camp Summer Wind", there are so many activities in every season. Outside of everything lake living offers in the summer, the Catskill area boasts some of the best leaf peeping around. From the drive up the Taconic and views on the lake, to all the local hiking. Hikes range in difficulty and lead to Hudson Valley treasures and waterfalls. There are an abundance of farms within a short distance for apple and pumpkin picking in addition to fresh fruits and veggies. For our snow bunnies, we are 40/50 minutes from beautiful Hunter and Windham Mountains. In addition to world class skiing and snowboarding, there are zip-lines, tubing, and many other activities for all ages. Our home is situated within Sleepy Hollow Lake, a private residential community located in beautiful Greene County along the Hudson River. We are located in a smaller cove off the main lake, perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and floating. Guests will have access to our private on-property dock and kayaks and SUP boards, as well as all of the amenities the community has to offer: two outdoor pools, 5 min drive to community beach, tennis and paddle ball courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, driving range and small hikes.

We had such a great girl's weekend here. House was so beautiful and cozy. Location is a short drive to shops and restaurants. Nicole was very communicative and a welcoming host. I would highly recommend.

The house is amazing! Clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. This was our second time staying here and we were already talking about next time. It has everything you could need and more. The location is great and there's so much to do at the house you don't need to leave. Very family friendly with lots of toys, plastic plates/cups, books, games. Great communication with the hosts and they provide lots of ideas for restaurants and things to do.
