The room was vey comfortable and clean. Very quiet. Parking was excellent. Close to everything in Wellington.

The place may be acceptable to male college students, but not the average adult with taste. Everything was worn out looking and very dark and dank within the unit. The plastic blind at the door was chewed up by (I am assuming) a dog. The house and neighborhood are very nice, but not the rental room. I decided to not stay there.
