Just minutes away from the international polo club, the Grand Prix show grounds and downtown Wellington this unit comes with a front porch and a reserved parking spot.
A private small pool and hot tub are around the corner. Access to the exclusive upscale country club Gymnasium and pool comes with the rental as well. There are miles of immaculately maintained private biking trails that run through hundreds of acres of the Dunes Preserve that is unique to this historic gated community. “Stallion” is the on site five star restaurant overlooking the golf course and Juan’s Kitchen is a casual dining facility open for all three meals of the day. I like the property it was close to my daughters place in the polo club. The tiny room was a bit out dated but worked. The tv very small , but overall fine.
