About this apartment rental
Our condo has been extremely popular (a guest favorite!) on other booking platforms and now we're extending our reach through VRBO. We also own and manage a popular cabin in Sevierville, TN (see property ID: VRBO 2874714)

While our guests will have access to the waterpark (located between the resort and Sea Captain's House), oceanfront pool, lazy river, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor pool deck, indoor kiddie pool, fitness center, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the Tiki Bar, meeting room on the 2nd floor, spa on the 3rd floor, guest laundry and game rooms on the 5th floor, and the pool at the Chelsea House. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Great place!!Hesitant to write the great review so it doesn't become more difficult for me to rebook this room the future lol!Everything was clean, the bed was great, the AC worked great, great view from balcony of course. Was nice she includes linens, soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc. Bldg itself is a little dated but generally speaking clean enough with working elevators and hot tubs. I wasn't there in peak season but I'm sure it's a popular place for families with little kids when it is, with the pool with big slide, spray stuff, lazy river rafts, etc. (for those who may or may not like that) There was a closed up large outdoor bar on one end, not sure if opens in peak or not. There is a smaller outside little bar on other end, near the restaurant right next door that is pretty much part of their pool area. That restaurant (seafood place) was pretty good. New York Strip steakhouse also only block away. Only a block walk up to traffic light and you are on the main road. There are breakfast diners, surf shops, Mexican restaurant, drinking bar, sub shop, burger place, all within two/three blocks, Location is great.

Property was very nice and clean. It had great views of the ocean and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
