The Space:
This second-floor unit boasts panoramic ocean front views from its private balcony. Inside, you'll find a spacious bedroom with king bed, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped galley kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven and countertops, while the bathroom features a vanity and a tub/shower combo. The living area provides ample space to relax with a dining area, flat screen TV, and murphy bed with a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
At the Caribbean Resort, endless fun awaits just outside your door. Play with your kids in the indoor or outdoor swimming pools, work out in the modern fitness room, and unwind in the outdoor hot tub. A few steps away, the beach invites you to sink your toes into the warm sand and enjoy the ocean breeze.

Guest Access:
Guests can access all Caribbean Resort water amenities on site along with the fitness center.
Guests do not have access to restaurants/bars/gift shops/game room/laundry room.
Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm.
Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.
All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.
Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.
In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.

Check in was easy. Door access code given so went straight to room at check in time. No need to stop at front desk for parking passes as they were in room on arrival. Kitchen facilities-basic kitchen needs were met! Traditional coffee pot in coffee - not a keurig. I may have overlooked that in the listing. Ice maker in freezer not functioning & no ice tray to make ice. Never located ice maker on property but it may have exited. Broom needs to be updated or vacuum available for all of the sand that gets tracked in.Shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in shower were all empty so bring your own.

We loved the room and hotel. The room was very cool and clean! The beds were all softer than most hotel beds. The balcony door is a little hard to push and the shower does make some noise if it’s almost all the way over on hot but those are minor issues. Everything else was great. The refrigerator was not working when we arrived and they fixed it the next day. The tv is Roku so you can log into Netflix and so on. My family had a great time!
