The place has been used by people who don't care about their vacation environments. The Kitchen needs repairs, the bathroom could use more than 1 towel bar and other repairs. The condo is on the same floor as the pool and the sundeck, which is both a curse and a blessing depending on your situation. We never saw or heard any security near the pool at at the 10 pm closing time and a lot of people were allowed to make as much noise as they wanted, running up and down the hallway and banging on the doors until well past 11 pm. Brian was amenable in allowing us a few extra days to finalize our home purchase and we were extremely grateful to his allowing us to stay put for the four extra days to finish up the paperwork.
