The area, pool and beach was great. The room was nice for what it was. We didnt have a parking pass and the people i spoke to about it werent very helpful. All they said was a parking pass is required to park in the garage. When i asked where we could get one i was told to look around and see if it was there. When i messeaged back to ler them k ow it wasnt there i got a response of " a pass is required to park in the garage lot" again. We ended up having to go ask someone at the gift shop where we could get one. There wasnt even enough towels in the unit for the 5 people that we had in our family.
