Welcome to Pier-Adise. This three bedroom two and 1/2 bath raised beach house is just steps to the salt water pool and the ocean front beach access. This home features granite and stainless appliances, fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Pot and everything you will need for meal and snack prep. Washer and Dryer included. Four Smart TV's and wifi. Sleeping accomodations include King bed in master, a double over queen bunk bed and 2 twin beds in second bedroom, with third bedroom a queen and twin bunks. Living area has queen sleeper sofa. Entertainment and attractions include Pirates Voyage, Brookgreen Gardens and Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina". The Marshwalk features a boardwalk overlooking the salt marsh with award winning restaurants.

The cleaning was subpar, our feet were black just going up the stairs. One of the bed frames is broken. No hand soap to be found in any bathroom. The stay overall was fine but I expected more perhaps for the cost of our stay.

We really enjoyed the proximity to our working location and it was a great house for us. Had minor issues, but they were fairly quick to fix the issue. The frustration came with the communication. On check in was confusing in that I received a message at booking, saying I would get info for check in. It then comes via email and not the messaging system. I couldn't find it, and my messages typically went unanswered until I found a direct number to the manager (not owner). There were multiple people we were talking to and although Lisa (rental manager) was by far the best, the owner at one point showed up to show the house to people while we were still in it. We actually had someone sleeping when they wanted to show the house. We had no notice. We understand there to be a mix up with communication between the owner and manager, and the owner was kind, but it felt frustrating to us and incredibly invasive. We were offered an apology, nothing more and just more or less a "is what it is." The location was great, the place worked well for us, but I felt like this was a violation of privacy without 24 hours notice and against rental rules. It would have been nice to be refunded or anything for the final days we experienced this.
