Slide back the patio doors to enjoy the lovely outdoor entertaining area or cosy in front of the fireplace on a cool winters night. Just a short stroll away you`ll find the pool and tennis court, perfect for a friendly match followed by a dip in the pool.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and tennis courts, which are shared with other residents in the complex.

To keep things enjoyable for everyone, no parties or extra visitors are allowed.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the pristine Avoca Beach and lagoon is just moments away, offering the perfect spot for surfing, kayaking, or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). The southern end of the beach is great for kids with shallow rock pools sheltered from the surf.
