We absolutely loved this house! It had a spectacular view and a huge living area. All the bedrooms were fabulous and the kitchen well stocked. The only small negative was being so far up the hill, walking back from the beach was a little tiring. But that would not stop us from coming back!

Great views and a lovely clean feel when you enter. Needs a bit of maintenance (downstairs sliding door rusted in) and master bedroom mattress wasn’t very good.
However, we had a great time.

Property boasts spectacular views and is in great condition, with secure parking. The property is only a short walk from the beach and shops.

We had a great few weeks over Xmas at Kailani Views. Spectacular views over Avoca & North Avoca and the sounds of the ocean at night were the highlights. Unfortunately the place needs maintenance and much more thorough cleaning. The BBQ was broken, there was nest of cobwebs behind the bed amongst many other issues and faults. The price charged is equivalent to a high end hotel and for what we paid some attention to the basics is needed. Despite that, we had a good stay.
