We have two fully equipped rental houses, Molino de Matazorita I (2 - 3 places) and Molino de Matazorita II (6-7 places).
It is an old flour mill of water, from the last century, rehabilitated. It is located on the Matazorita River, at 1.500 meters from the urban center of Barrios de la Vega, and its machinery is still in operation today, helping to provide energy, in an auxiliary way, to the lodgings.
In the mill it is possible to contemplate, even today, the operation of its machinery, as well as the different utensils used in other times for life in it.
The exceptional VILLA ROMANA DE LA OLMEDA is already open to the public, just 5 minutes from our house by car.
Our house has been chosen in 2009 as the BEST RURAL HOUSE in the "I Provincial Contest of Rural Houses of Palencia"

Hemos estado la primera semana de agosto de 2017 en la casa pequeña y ha sido una pasada. Empezando por Juan y Enedina, que están para lo que necesites, te explican todo lo explicable y más y no saben qué hacer por que estés bien, y todo esto sin invadir tu intimidad en ningún momento. Si se busca tranquilidad eso es lo que hay, ni siquiera habiendo niños en la casa grande te enteras de nada. La casa tiene mucho encanto, es genial la terraza del dormitorio, y en cuanto a menaje tiene lo básico como todas las casas rurales, pero si se echa algo en falta sin duda Enedina te presta lo necesario. En pleno agosto la casa es muy fresca, se duerme de cine, y fuera hay un jardín estupendo con mucha sombra. Eso si, no hay que confiarse porque por esta zona sopla el cierzo y por la noche hace falta el jersey.
Volveremos sin duda
