TBH, check-in was a problem, and I hope this will not be the case for future guests, so I will spare the details. It was obvious the guest prior to our arrival were not as kind to the property as they should've been leaving one of the seating areas unusable. Nevertheless, with those issues remedied, this home was awesome! They have everything and I mean everything!!!On behalf of these fine folks who actually provide us homes away from homes, please make sure you treat it with respect. This house is perfect for large family gatherings and so close to the Pacer Stadium and so many restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. The back yard is set up nicely as well. We truly enjoyed it.

We had a great experience while we were in town for a softball tournament at Grand Park! We felt so comfortable and right at home. We had plenty of room to stay and everything was very clean and welcoming! Would definitely stay here in the future and would highly recommend! Is great for a family in town for sports and is close to many restaurants. We took advantage of the sidewalks in the nice neighborhood also! 5 stars!!

This was a great place to stay during our baseball trip to Westfield. It's super close to Grand Park (like 2.5 miles), and in a nice neighborhood. The downstairs and upstairs were both very roomy, as were all of the bedrooms. The rooms had plenty of extra blankets, towels, etc., and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and nicely kept! The rental advertises as "fully stocked", and it really is!! For example, laundry detergent, TP, paper towel, etc. That might seem silly but I've stayed at other VRBOs where they give you 1 roll of TP per bathroom, as an example. And in the kitchen there were all of the basics, like salt & pepper, coffee, Pam spray, etc. These simple things made our stay so much easier & nicer, as when you're traveling for a few days you don't want to have to run out and buy those things. And they had a basket of snacks on the counter to enjoy, which is so simple but really nice! The owner was very responsive, nice to deal with, and very accommodating. I asked for recommendations like grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Everything was always replied to very timely, and all of the recommendations were great. If we return to Westfield, we'll definitely look to rent this property again!!

We stayed here with a few baseball families for a Grand Park tournament and loved it! Plenty of beds and great accommodations. The communication with the property manager was great, we felt taken care of. Would definitely suggest this property for your stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Everyone had plenty of space, the gaming loft was a huge bonus. My only complaint, was that the master shower really needs a good scrub down. Otherwise great house, with everything you need and more!

This home was an excellent choice for our family. It has plenty of room to spread out - and also to space to gather for games and family fun. The kitchen is well stocked. Lots of food choices nearby whether you are eating in or going out for meals. Host Michael is very accommodating and quick to respond. It was an awesome stay for our family and we would not hesitate to choose this home again.

The home was a perfect location for games at Grand Park. It comfortably slept our entire group. Check-in/out was easy and Michael was in touch or available over the entire weekend. We liked that there were seperate spaces for the adults and kids to hang out together. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The houses are very close and the backyard is limited, but this didn't impact our stay.

This was for my dads funeral as I couldn’t house all my siblings and their families. Their is absolutely nothing they left out. I have stayed at alot of places through rental sites and they had a lot of extras and the check in and checkout process was easier ever! We even had flowers and a sympathy card there upon arrival. It was wonderful to have this place during a very sad time. Do yourself a favor and book this place! Comfortable beds, great open air kitchen area, fireplace, everything in the kitchen you could ever need for cooking. Thank you Michael!

Perfect space to meet family for opening presents, watching movies, and working some puzzles. This rental served as a perfect home away from home for our holidays, and the hosts were extremely helpful.

While the house was generally nice and lived up to the pictures provided, there were a few aspects. Upon our arrival, we did find some traces of popcorn and mold in certain areas, which slightly impacted the overall cleanliness. The showers did not provide enough hot water, and there was a noticeable temperature difference between the lower and upper level. While the lower level was cold, the upstairs was overly warm. Additionally, the food waste disposer in the kitchen was not working properly, which was a bit inconvenient. One aspect that caught me off guard was the lack of information on the website regarding the monitoring of noise levels. As someone who prefers privacy and has not encountered this policy in other rentals, I would have appreciated a heads-up in advance. On the safety front, the bunk beds were quite wobbly, and this raised some concerns during our stay. While Michael was generally attentive, I did encounter instances where messages went unanswered. The neighborhood was undoubtedly beautiful, but the close proximity to neighbors and the small backyard without a fence for privacy were factors that affected our overall experience. I share these observations with the hope that they contribute to the ongoing improvement.

Our rowing team had an excellent stay at the Taylor's home! The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and we found it in immaculate condition (very clean throughout). There was plenty of room and enough beds to accommodate us all comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed us to prepare and serve nightly team meals. We definitely appreciated the laundry room on the second floor, washing our uniforms each night to be ready for the next day of racing. The house is conveniently located and in short driving distance to a major grocery store, several restaurants and gas stations. Thank you Michael, for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back one day!

My family shared this house with two other families for a long weekend in July. It was so nice being so close to Grand Park, about a 5 minute drive. The house is spacious, the kids loved the game area upstairs. Kitchen had everything we needed. The office was downstairs next to the living room, half bath was next to that. One parking spot in the garage and two on the driveway, otherwise it’s street parking. No biggie. Upstairs is the bunk room and there are trundle beds underneath, so you can sleep a lot of kids. Master bedroom was nice and bath was spacious. There’s another full bath upstairs, bedroom, laundry room, then the pyramid bunk which also had a trundle underneath. There’s a back patio with a table and grill. Very nice, but houses are close, so not a lot of privacy. We had a great time and would definitely rent this place again. Michael was super nice and very responsive to my emails. Also, Westfield seems to be booming, so there are a lot of restaurant options around.

This is a very nice property. The house was very clean. The neighborhood is very nice and close to local shopping. We had a great time. Mr. Taylor was available at all times, responding to all our questions and needs immediately. We had no issues at all--just a wonderful time. We will definitely look to stay here again.

We had a family group of 10 from Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, South Dakota and Minnesota gather at Michael’s over Memorial weekend to attend a niece’s high school graduation, celebrate 50th and 60th birthdays, attend Indy 500, and golf. The property was beautifully decorated, very clean, well-equipped, and very accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Michael was very responsive to any questions we had. Due to the close proximity of the surrounding neighbors we were very conscious of our presence while enjoying the patio in the backyard. Parking could have been a problem if we would have had more than 3 cars as there is limited on-site and on-street parking. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great rental with lots of room. It was close to the sporting center. The beds were very comfortable with quality bedding and towels. The home was nicely decorated and had a cute coffee station and dog friendly items. The host was easy to communicate with and very quick to answer any questions or needs!

We loved this property! It was great and exactly what we needed!! The communication from the property owner was fantastic and constantly helping us with what we needed. Everything was clean and taken care of. Loved having the game room upstairs for all of the girls on our team. The only thing we would have liked to see different were the following: the shower liner definitely needs to be replaced, one of the towel racks was broken on the wall, there was only one pot for cooking and would've liked a few more large bowls for serving/mixing. Even with those things, we would definitely recommend this property to others! It was great! They even allowed us more time for check out!
