About this house rental
With 2 tankless water heaters you will always have hot water, even when staying with a large group!!! This is a newly renovated & roomy 5 bedroom, 4 full bath ranch, on a 1/2 acre with lots of privacy in the ready to entertain back yard. Plenty of room for activities, large island and outdoor dining spaces, fire pit & large back deck both with built-in benches, sleeps 28 in beds, all with memory foam mattresses, just off State Rd 31 & State Rd 32, 3 mi. to Grand Park,

This house was a perfect location to Grand Park for our recent baseball tournament. Extremely convenient to get to/from the park plus most anything you need 5 minutes from the house. Kristy was great answering our questions leading up to our stay and the house had everything we needed. Will definitely be recommending this for any friends who are headed to Westfield in the future.

We were three families traveling for a friend’s ordination. The house was well set up as a home base, with a well appointed kitchen and enough towels for three large families

We had a wonderful family gathering at the Westfield Lodge. There is a nice large island in the kitchen to gather and play cards/games. There is a nice backyard with a deck as well as a nice fire pit to enjoy. Nice trip!!!
