La Casa Di Licia a few meters from Piazza del Plebiscito

This was a perfectly fine place for us. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and appreciated. The water pressure was good and the kitchen had all we needed (though we didn’t attempt to cook anything). Great cafe and some good restaurants very close and it’s in a very walkable area. The bedroom was surprisingly quiet considering the general outside neighbourhood noise. The entrance/atrium to the building is a little sketchy but this is not a reflection of the apartment, which was quite clean. The bathroom fixtures were a bit dated but mostly it was an issue for my 6’3” partner who had difficulty in the very narrow shower.

The apartment is just what we needed: Clean, comfortable with all the needed amenities. It is on a vibrant street within the city center. A great jumping off spot for whatever you want to do. Restaurants all around, up every alley. The piazza is just a few steps away as is the bay. Licia is very attentive and was available to us if we had questions. She suggested restaurants and chocolate shop nearby. We would stay again and recommend it to friends.
