MUST LAUNCH BOAT AT A PUBLIC DOCK. TO GET TO #47 SLIP, GO DOWN BREEZE WAY AT THE BACK OF MARINA AT SUNSET BAY, TURN RIGHT, THEN LEFT, IT WILL BE THE 2ND OR 3RD SLIP.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Was great for a reunion with a childhood friend. Plenty of space and nice location (near shops, restaurants, sidewalks to walk on). Could use a good deep cleaning as it was quite dusty (fans and vents were caked) and the inevitable beach moisture was causing some mold/mildew. We dusted what we could just to prevent breathing it all in all week, but with the cost of rentals and the cleaning fees, we shouldn’t have to. Overall, would stay again but hoping the cleaning process gets revamped to include periodic “deeper” cleans to include vents/fans and mildew. Mentioned this to the rental agency during our stay but did not get a reply.

Check in process was smooth when we arrived late at night. House has lot of space for a large group. It was clean.As stated earlier , we had to use our sheets, pillows and towels. These were not provided. We had couple issues with the power and wifi. These were fixed quickly when we contacted the office. The location is great. Overall we loved the stay.
