Very clean and comfortable and the cottage was well stocked with all the things you may need. Beautiful property right on the water. Loved the screened in porch.
New carts to carry your luggage to and from your vehicle. It's a long walk and the carts had some flat tires and squeak real bad.

The location was great for what we wanted to do
Our door keypad didn’t work so we had to use the lockbox.
Paper towels or dish towels should have been provided
The mini split units didn’t work. We kept getting an E7 error
The built in outlet nightlights were way too bright making it difficult to sleep in a darkened room
Even though these are houseboats - the docks should have more bumpers etc. The boat kept slamming and creaking all night long.
