About this house rental
Summary:
Catch a glimpse of the beautiful Skaneateles Lake right from the back patio! You will enjoy breathtakingly beautiful sunsets but please note, it is NOT a waterfront property and there is NO lake access. Here, you will find privacy and tranquility but will still be so close to all the restaurants and shops.
The Space:
This is a fully remodeled ranch with one level of living that has been decorated in a mid-century modern style. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1700 Sq ft. and perfect for a family or group of 6, It is located down the East side of the Lake . It is approximately a 1.5 mile walk to the downtown village center or less than 5 minutes by car.
Other Things to Note:
Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.
Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.
Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses incurred during their stay (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found).

The home was very nice and good location on E. Lake rd. It was clean and well stocked. Towels were extraordinary. Only drawback is no lake access. But communication with Debbie was outstanding!

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. House does face a busy road but large backyard with lake view is nice.Plenty of room for 2 small families and house very well equipped.Easy communication with management team.
