House exactly as described. Our family had a wonderful time. Can’t beat the access to the lake. Having our boat there was a blast. Caught some nice fish too! Would definitely stay there again!

Overall great quiet spot on lake skaneateles. Disappointing there was no air conditioning but the owners supplied fans to us to help accommodate. Water pressure in the shower was fairly low but if your looking for a nice spot in the woods for some rest this is the spot. No dry dock for use, and know the property is shared with the owners with another home maybe 20ft fron the listing, not the typical VRBO vacation alone situation with a rather back country road to get to them both. Would stay again but would potentially bring an AC window unit along with staying later in the year to help the water temp be a little higher.
