Manitou Springs is a short 5 minute drive, along with the Garden of the Gods, and Downtown is literally 5 blocks away. Discounts for weekly and monthly rates are available. Great location to Old Colorado City. Check in was easy as well as departure. Kitchen had everything you will need for quick meals and more. Comfortable beds. Host quickly responds to questions.

Roomy and comfortable. Super clean. Great base for seeing everything Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak Region have to offer. Host was super responsive and check in was a breeze. THANK YOU!

The apartment was very clean and modern. The check-in process was a little unclear and had issues reaching the owner on the day of check-in, but was able to make contact easily for check-out. I would recommend the owner to have additional blankets and/or throws available for use as there were none. Particularly given Colorado’s cold climate during the winter months.
