We invite you to experience the Encinitas beach lifestyle in comfort while staying in your own private getaway at the Encinitas Palms Oasis.
Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath retreat (800 square feet) offers comfort, serenity and convenience. After a day of sightseeing, surfing, shopping, hiking or beachcombing, chill out in style with everything you need to feel at home.
Life is easy with the open floor plan, full kitchen with labradorite stone counters, luxurious California king bed, luxury bedding, comfy couch and 55"TV. Its easy here to replenish your body and relax your mind. Stylishly decorated and fully furnished, all there is left to do at the Encinitas Palms Oasis is to enjoy your vacation.
Store your surfboards or standup paddleboards in the board racks, lift up your feet and lounge in your retreat. This is Encinitas living.
Tucked away from the bustle of downtown in a quiet neighborhood yet just a few minutes drive toward world famous beaches, explore the beautiful gardens of Self Realization Fellowship, hike the coast's best trails or just read and relax.
When you need to stock up on provisions, don't worry-Encinitas' best organic markets are also just a few minutes drive from the retreat. And restaurants--Encinitas has them all, from vegan to Tequila bars. Lots of options.
We are located in a quiet old Encinitas neighborhood with rare large lots, mature trees and ocean views. Our beautiful beaches and fun town are about a mile downhill. A short drive or easy walking. Parking at the Encinitas Palms Oasis is off street. The Oasis is located upstairs, with its own private entrance and small outside sitting area, nestled in the palms.
We are a beach oriented family, so a foam surfboard, boogie boards, and chairs are available. We are also located in a quiet residential neighborhood with long time respected neighbors, so please honor quiet time 10pm-8am. And of course, this is a non smoking house, inside and out.
Having lived here in this location since 1980 we probably can answer any questions about Encinitas and we are happy to help you find whatever interest you, from restaurants, to nature and entertainment.

Please see my feedback for the prior week - I extended my stay for another six days, but it looks like two different stays. Third time I've stayed here and won't be my last. Great place, comfortable, clean, close to everywhere I go. Marsha and Greg are super friendly and very accommodating.

This is my third time staying here with hubby, and definitely won't be our last. The owner's, Marsha and Greg, are super sweet and accommodating. The place is always incredibly clean, and, so comfortable. The dogs, Beau and Jackson, are really friendly. The entire property is beautiful, and relaxing. Close to all the places we like to go.

Marsha was a wonderful, helpful hostess. The oasis was beautiful inside and out, surrounded by lush palms, flowers and tropical plants. Inside it was light and airy and decorated with a peaceful, beachy vibe. The oasis had a very private setting, while also very convenient to the beach, downtown, and everything else you could need.
