AMAZING and Luxurious very large apartment for a group or a big family!
It consists of: 5 double bedrooms, 5 private bathrooms, 2 living rooms with kitchen and 2 balconies.
My apartment, "Romantic House", is a new charming house, elegantly furnished in Shabby Chic style, and completely renovated recently.
Just a few minutes walk from San Pietro (about 800 mt.) You can reach the Historical Center in 10 minutes, thanks to the numerous bus lines and to the taxi station 100 meters from the property.
"Romantic House" is located in a truly unique setting, aloof from the city's frenzy, allowing its guests to enjoy all the services that the area offers, without sacrificing a pleasant and relaxing stay in the Eternal City!
Ideal for singles, couples, business travelers, families with children or groups of up to 13 people.
"Romantic House" is able to accommodate its guests in a bright and elegant setting combined with the most modern comforts, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all areas, soundproof windows, LED TV in all rooms, cassettes Personal safe and kettle with tea and herbal teas, laundry area with accessories, fully equipped kitchen complete with everything (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, and more ...), electric coffee machine.
Each bedroom is different from the other, and set to a theme ....
The structure is silent, all the rooms,
particularly illuminated by natural day light, they are enhanced by suggestive play of colored light in the evening.
The apartment is divided into two independent units that guarantee the privacy of the guests, but in any case adjoining and communicating, able to accommodate also groups of 10/13 people.
The "Charme" apartment, the first unit, has two elegantly furnished double bedrooms with two private bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and dining area, a balcony with a view of the PIAZZETTA, which can accommodate 6 people.
The "Chic" second unit apartment can accommodate 6/7 people and consists of two comfortable double bedrooms, an elegant suite with balcony, three private facilities, a large living room with library and large LED TVs where you can read and Relax after a day of exploring the beauties of Rome!
The area is well served with supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, Mc Donald's and Bistros open all night, boutiques, the renowned Sicilian pastry and an excellent restaurant.
In this quiet neighborhood of day you can go shopping or enjoy the typical Roman cuisine; In the evening you can relax by strolling through its quiet streets or drinking an aperitif in one of the many locales.
Moreover, "Romantic House" is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Villa Doria Pamphili Park, where you can stroll through nature and admire the famous and ancient VILLA of the noble Roman family.
