About this apartment rental
As you enter from the front door you will notice a beautiful open floor plan combining the kitchen, living room, and dining room together. The kitchen has modern and tasteful granite countertops and new appliances. Close by is the dining room table that seats eight. The living room includes a big comfy couch and electric fireplace to maintain the mood, and plenty of games to keep you entertained after a long Tahoe day! The balcony off the living room has a grill, patio furniture and propane fire pit along with beautiful views.
The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a private full bathroom. The second has a queen bed and the den/office also has a queen bed and a desk space to work from. This condo is on the third floor, so will require going up three short sets of stairs to get to the front door. Once inside, everything is on one floor.
PROPERTY NOTES
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
* The train tracks run behind the Boulders HOA and can be heard. It is something to consider if your a sensitive sleeper.

* Parking: There is no garage parking. There is 1 designated spot directly in front of the garage door. Visitor parking throughout the HOA is 1st come, 1st serve.
