About this apartment rental

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. It has a pullout couch for extra travelers and still is very spacious. Five minutes from downtown and is centrally located. Close to St Vincent hospital and other attractions. Offers full kitchen and washer/dryer. Very peaceful neighborhood.
The space
The bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet. It also has an electric fireplace. The living room, office, kitchen, and dining room are all one room. Which makes it very spacious.
Guest access
You will have unit 262 all to yourself. A private parking spot. And there’s a grass area out front.

Awesome clean and well stocked place to stay when visiting Erie, only downside is that it seems the place is right on the line between a rough neighborhood and nice area. Had a few people walking the street during the day/night yelling or having some type of episode. But other than that it was perfect!

Can't judge a book by its cover. The outside of the house is in need of attention but the inside is new and modern. Perfectly clean and comfortable inside. Modern and nicely decorated. All the amenities. No central air but had a portable unit which kept it cool despite the heat. Owner was very responsive. Assisted living home across the street and nearby hospital provided plenty of light at night. Small green space right next door with grass and benches. Conveniently located. Off street parking in driveway. I would definitely stay here again. Walked the neighborhood more than a few times with no issues. If you're meticulous and want someplace that matches, this is the place for you.

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is exactly like the pictures. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Responsive owner. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, with off street parking. Highly recommend booking here!

The house was great! It was beautiful inside, clean, and decor was beautiful! We did have a slight hard time finding it because there was no pictures of the outside, but found it! Great communication with the host!

The VRBO was very clean and comfortable although the air conditioning was not central - I saw vents in the photos and made an incorrect assumption. There was a “portable” unit in the living room which was fine there but not quite cool enough for me in the bedroom. Upon arrival the house - and neighborhood - looked moderately dilapidated which was a little disconcerting. The hospital a cross the street gave a measure comfort though. The TV was Roko - very limited good news covers- never liked that provider. Good communication with the owner

The communication with the host was very timely and she answered all of my zillions of questions. The apartment was wonderfully decorated to the point we asked where the rug was purchased. The stay was just perfect. Clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located. We will be back.
