About this house rental
The vacation home Mansarda Marina welcomes its guests in the small village of Villa San Pietro, in the southwest of Cagliari. Only 7 km away from the beautiful beach Spiaggia di Nora, enjoy carefree vacations by the sea (10 minutes by car). The modernly furnished vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning and a TV.
The beautiful, private and covered terrace with seating is perfect for starting the day with a cup of coffee or enjoying the wonderful view with a glass of wine.
In the small village of Villa San Pietro there is a restaurant only 6 minutes walk away (450 m). All other stores for daily needs can be reached after 6 minutes by car in Pula, including cafes, two supermarkets and numerous restaurants (3.7 km). The port of Perd'e Sali-Porto Columbu is a 6-minute drive away (3.7 km). Chia beach, one of the most beautiful in Italy, is a 20-minute drive from the accommodation and the archaeological site of Nora can be visited within a 9-minute drive (6 km). The town of Sarroch is a 6-minute drive (5 km) away, and the lively city of Cagliari, with its charming historic center, is a 35-minute drive (32 km) north of Villa San Pietro. The city's international airport is a 28-minute drive (35 km) from the apartment.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. No Wi-Fi.

If you want to feel real Italian's hospitality and warmness, this place is the 1st option. Everything was so clean and they even greet us with little presents such as cakes and beers in the fridge. We definitely recommend it to everyone who want to visit the area of Pula/Cagliari
