About this house rental
This house is centrally located near Lake Couer d' Alene, the Spokane River, the Centennial Trail and downtown. With just a short walk you can go to a dog beach, swimming beach, the park with a playground for the little ones or just stroll down the walking path taking in the beautiful views of the Spokane River and Lake Coeur D'Alene! The space
This home is newer construction in the coveted Riverstone community. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area and kitchen are open concept, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit separated to give some space when needed. Everything in the home is brand new. Guests can park their car in the garage if they desire. The property comes with 3 beach cruisers and a wagon + beach towels if you want to hang out at the beach and dog bowls for the pooches.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage.
Other things to note
The Centennial Trail and the Spokane River are a block away from the property. The lake is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. We have a small yard that is fully enclosed for pets. We like your pets not their poop. Please clean up after them. The quartz countertops are extremely sensitive to heat so please use the hot pads provided before you place that take-out pizza on the counter.

I was super impressed with this property.! It's located near the river, restaurants and the city center. The property is well appointed, nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. Comunication with owners was exemplary. Having the garage to use was a huge plus. We also loved having the bikes, chairs, etc. for our use. I would rent this property again 1000! Loved, loved, loved! Thank you for allowing us to have your beautiful home for our time in Coeur d'Alene.

Beautiful home in a great location. Close to the river and wonderful walking/biking paths that were especially great for our two dogs. The only issue we had was that there was construction going on right outside of the fenced in yard. Fortunately, we were out and about every day.

Great place in CDA! We were visiting for the Ironman triathlon with our teens and dogs. This house was in an excellent location—great amenities and walking routes near by. Everything was meticulously clean and was even better than the photos. Nice little fenced back yard for the doggos. And the beds were super comfy! The first morning neither of our kids wanted to get out of bed because they said they were so comfortable. Communication with the host was great. No issues or concerns. Would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely go back (if we ever need a place to stay in CDA again). Thanks!

We loved this house so much! It was perfect for our dogs, and walking to the beautiful river was so easy and convenient.
I had a question and the owners were quick to answer.
I can not say enough good things about our stay!
