About this apartment rental

Fully remodeled studio condominium on Four O'clock Road. Elegance, comfort, and value in the best location in Breckenridge. Liston to Ten Mile Creek right outside the window in summer. Ski to your door and walk to the lift in winter. End unit offers more light (extra windows). 250-thread-count sheets and cotton towels. Wireless internet. Granite countertops. Great audio and video with a flatscreen HDTV and speaker through which you can play the TV or your own music (just bring your iPod or iOS device). Woodburning fireplace.

Full remodel includes floors, windows, fireplace, paint, fixtures, furniture including Murphy Bed with full-sized sofa for comfort and convenience, very space-efficient.

Walk to the Snowflake ski lift (about 100 yards). Ski back to your door for lunch and at the end of the day. Great views: large windows face woods and mountain stream for a rustic feel (no roads or parking lots in view). Ample parking on premises. New kitchen, bathroom, appliances, furniture. Down comforter. Short walk to town and Main Street shopping. Coin laundry in building.

Note: this unit sleeps 2. While it's fine if you want to squeeze another on the floor on an air mattress, the only bed is the queen, so please don't expect to fit multiple couples.

The Upper Village Pool is a beautiful modern complex of pool and hot tubs. As of summer 2021 the pool and hot tub facilities are open seasonally, which means summer and winter, not spring and fall. The pool managers haven't published a schedule of dates, and won't make any commitments, assessing the COVID situation as they go. Advance reservations are required, and there is a parking fee (see attachment).

This studio condominium is great in the summer and fall, when Ten Mile Creek thaws and you can see and hear it right outside your window. A beautiful quiet time for hiking and biking, or walk to town or the music tent down the hill for summer concerts. Hundreds of miles of trails accessible right from the condo. No crowds, cool air, and reduced prices on dining and shopping in the off season.

Please note: We have a 60-day cancellation policy. We will refund payments in full up to 60 days before your arrival date. After that, we are able to offer only a partial refund (or no refund), based on how close we are to your stay.

I can't say enough about this condo's magnificent location -- The
snowflake lift is just across the street and you can ski-in, right to
your doorstep!

The condo is in beautiful condition with a great kitchen with
everything you need. The widescreen HD LCD TV and sound system makes
your cozy bed a home theater! Add in the wireless internet and the
iPod/laptop audio sound system integration makes this place a real find.

The owner, Ned, is a real stand-up guy that went above-and-beyond for
us. We have used different owner-rented vacation rentals over the years
(a half-dozen times or more). It can be a bit nerve-wracking renting a
condo direct from the owner, but Ned made the experience a dream.

We have been to Breck many times over the years, but this was, by far,
the best stay we have had.

We will be coming back, Ned! Thanks again and see you soon :)

Ned's condo is in a great location, blocks to main street and feet from 4 O'clock run. The unit was clean and as advertised. The pool and hot tub are a short walk away and were fantastic after a day of skiing/hiking. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was as described. Great location close to snowflake lift and just off the lower four o’clock trail. Ned was very responsive and accommodating allowing us to get in early. Will definitely return. Breckenridge is a great Town and ski destination. Even though it’s been a tough snow year, most trails were open and had decent cover.

Condo was clean, everything worked great! Small, but perfect for a couple on a ski getaway. The location was just a short walk to a lift and then we could almost ski right back to the door.

I was woken by constant noise upstairs at 4am, not sure what was going on, lasting into the morning like 8am. Woke up again next morning 5am by upstairs noise, people walking around, moving furniture etc. Did not contact host since I thought upstairs unit was owned by another person.
