Located Just 10 Minutes from Destin, Florida, Waterscape sits in the middle of Okaloosa Island. Conveniently placed directly on Fort Walton Beach! There are over 50 different restaurants and attractions within a 5-10 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive!!

A202 is located in Waterscapes A building on the 2nd floor, tucked right up close to the beach. The patio faces West (an inside facing unit) where you won’t want to miss one magical ocean sunset!You'll be able to view all the summer fun at the beach and pool!
SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
Sleep like a baby on our sturdy king sized beds. The comforters are an accommodating medium insulation. We have plenty of extra blankets and throws on those chilly beach breeze nights.
Extra sleeping accommodations can be made on the sleeper pull-out sofa bed. Hotel quality curtains block out the light completely so you can keep catching those highly sought after ZzZz's!
An adorably decorated bunk house is located right off of the dining area. It's superb at keeping the kids feeling safe being nearby, where you'll be lounging after bedtime.
WATERSCAPE AMENITIES (HOA requires wristbands to be worn at $10 per guest per stay for access to pool amenities. This fee is included into your payment.)
- Kids/ snowbird weekly event schedule on the pool deck and beach!
- Beach Chair rental and excursion options available right on the beach through Dulce Vita beach rentals, or utilize free beach chairs, one umbrella, and a beach cart located inside the condo.
-Gated splash park with shipwreck slide perfect for toddlers and babies.
-Heated upper pool heated year round.
-Zero-entry pool with lily-pads and splash fun for kids! (not heated).

We took a family vacation at Waterscape with our young kids who kept saying that each day was the best day! Chris and Kendra were great hosts and clearly go above and beyond to ensure their guests’ needs are met. Their website and guestbook are well laid out and include useful info to help make your stay extra special! This unit was very clean and had everything we could need including a beach wagon and toys that we put to good use. The beds were comfortable, my kids loved the big bathtubs, the view was amazing, and the walk to the beach was short and easy! The beach staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a discount on our extra chairs due to a grim weather forecast (two chairs are included with rental). Waterscape as a whole was clean, the parking garage was nice to have, and our kids loved having the different pools to choose from. The heated pool was at 92 degrees on a colder day which made it much more enjoyable! The resort also had planned activities throughout the week which was a nice added touch. The boardwalk and pier are just a short walk down the beach. We love all that Fort Walton and Destin have to offer for dining, shopping and kid activities! Check in and check out we’re a breeze.
