About this house rental
Location
Ideal stay for those who love to take in the views, the house is situated on a bluff with encompassing views of the ocean. From the deck patio, observe the Puget Sound and views of the Seattle skyline.
Location
1. From the yard, you'll see across the Puget Sound to the Space Needle
2. Private yard, gated, soak in the views from the deck
3. Rolling Bay neighborhood, quiet community, but walkable to the famous Via Rosa.
CLEAN:
1. We pay close attention to making sure the home is exceptionally clean and hypoallergenic. We use professional cleaners between guests.
2. This is a true vacation home, it's spacious and peaceful as we use this as our own vacation getaway as well
3. We like five star hotels, we keep the cleanliness to those standards, especially the bedding and furniture.
TECH
1. Wifi, internet, and xfinity
2. T.V. in the family room
OUTDOORS
1. 10 minute walk to Manitou beach
2. outdoor fire pit, is available for s'mores roasting
3. 10 minute walk to Rolling Bay Cafe, and Bay Hay and Feed (cafe featured in Sunset Magazine)

Bedroom One - (located upstairs) master bedroom with king bed and private deck with ocean views and full bathroom/river stone floored shower
Bedroom Two - main floor - guest room with full sized bed and separate 1/2 bath/clawfoot tub
Bedroom Three - main floor guest room with king sized bed and separate 1/2 bath/shower, and private deck to the backyard

Amazing house! Incredible views. Excellent support team. Perfect place to stay while exploring Bainbridge island and nearby areas on Olympic Peninsula. We will definitely return when our travels bring us back to the area.

One of our favorite VRBOs of all time. The house is very comfortable and the views from the indoor and outdoor spaces are spectacular, especially the upper level suite. The location is great as well. You can easily walk to an amazing Italian market/restaurant, a world class bagel shop, and a super unique market that is a combination plant store, grocery coop, and outdoor recreation store. There's also a coffee shop and we didn't even get to the winery but I'm sure it's amazing as well!

We had such a lovely stay in this amazing house! Lucky with the weather too as it was sunny and mild for the whole week. We sat on the back porch and around the fire pit for hours watching the many boats coming and going. House is extremely comfortable and tidy. A welcome basket of local treats was a very nice touch. Loved the area too with a delicious cafe a short walk away and great Italian market/restaurant with fresh house made pastas. We will definitely return!!
