Escape to this private 1.35-acre ocean front estate; its unique southern facing location provides a year-round light-filled house. Surrounded by a fully landscaped yard, the home offers breathtaking 180-degree views of Puget Sound and its own private beach. The property is accessible by either taking picturesque ferry ride from Seattle followed by a 20 minute drive or by a 75 minutes drive from Seatac airport via Tacoma.
Relax in two king suites with ensuite baths and water views—one even has a cozy gas fireplace. Gather in the fully equipped kitchen with double ovens, six-burner stove, and two dishwashers, or grill outside and try the wood-fired pizza oven. The dining area seats 12 beside a fireplace with panoramic water views.
Stay entertained with a basement game room featuring pool, foosball, board games, large-screen TV, and popcorn machine. Outdoors, enjoy s’mores by the fire pit or take the kayaks for a spin on the bay. Keep active in the private gym, yoga space, or on the basketball hoop area.

This house is amazing! The host gave us excellent instructions on the house and property. There were fresh flowers and wine, waiting for us. The kitchen had everything you could ever want. The views, especially from the highest level of the house, were incredible. We had a great time, kayaking and playing games. The location couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend renting this property.

An amazing place, with incredible amenities and a wonderful host and site manager to work with. This home has everything you could want or need and provided for my family a wonderful and relaxing trip.
