Great room offers 75 inch TV, dining room, living room all in one with a walk out patio. Deck offers grill and plenty of places to sprawl out. The Kitchen over looks the living room, meaning you can visit from the kitchen with others in the living room. When chilly outside the gas fire place will warm all up quickly.
Top floor offers the Master bedroom with a king bed and 4 piece ensuite, tub offers views of the Flatirons.
4th floor offers a larger bedroom with King bed and bathroom with step in shower.
Lower garden level offers a 2nd laundry with full size washer/dryer, living room with convertible queen bed couch, massage chair, private patio, mini kitchen and larger bedroom with king bed.
Fast private internet plus 4 TVs (3 cable and 1 utube).
There is a single car garage with another full size washer/dryer. Outside the garage there is room to park a 2nd car. Great space great neighborhood. Best of the Best!!!

This house has a great location few blocks off Pearl Street so close to everything. It was also very quiet at night when we were there (CU was out of session so perhaps it's not always like that). Dawn was easy to reach and responsive.

Incredible house and location! We had a wonderful time visiting Boulder. The house was clean and had everything we needed! We hope to come back again!
