Inside, the inviting living and dining areas feel fresh and welcoming, with new furnishings and a flat screen TV making it easy to settle in after a day at the beach. A comfortable queen sleeper sofa adds flexibility for extra guests, while the large balcony with its own dining area invites you to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with a view of the pool and ocean beyond. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking simple, with modern stainless appliances and seating for six, so the whole group can gather for a shared meal.
This villa's two bedrooms offer comfortable retreats for up to seven guests. The primary suite features a plush king bed, a private full size bathroom with a new walk-in shower, and its own balcony access for a quiet moment away from the group. The guest room offers a queen and twin bed combination, perfect for families or friends traveling together, with a hallway bathroom nearby for added convenience.
Step outside and immerse yourself in year round relaxation with a ton of amenities, including a zero entry heated pool, a kiddie pool, and a spa. The pool is heated during March and April, and again in October and November (dates subject to change and are outside our control), so guests visiting in the cooler shoulder months can still enjoy a comfortable swim. With direct beach access right within the community, leisurely strolls, bike rides, and even a little surfing are all part of the daily rhythm here.
Guests also enjoy easy access to Coligny Plaza's shopping and dining, along with Lowcountry Celebration Park just a short walk or bike ride away, making it simple to fill your days with island life without ever needing a car.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. It was clean and well kept but lived in. I don’t need the best of the best but this felt like it. The check in and out process was super simple and the host staff were amazing. The condo had parking and we utilized all the appliances. Plus this place is in a gated community and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. My stated rented from someone else and had a bad experience, so much so she is renting our condo next time!I would 1000% rent this place again.

We had the best trip and will definitely be back to stay at Shorewood! The location was so convenient for our family with young three young kids- cannot beat being right on the beach and a quick walk to Coligny Plaza and the Adventure Ship Playground! The zero entry pool was amazing for our little ones as well. The host was very responsive and helped us extend our trip an extra night. This was the perfect place for a Hilton Head vacation!
