An island paradise situated in the heart of Key Largo, adjacent to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and Molasses Reef. The property is located in Key Largo's most upscale oceanfront resort. The area has the distinction of being Key Largos newest oceanfront gated destination, with some of the most unique amenities in all of the keys. It caters to those who simply desire the very best in upscale accommodations.
Here you'll find Key West style villas and suites nestled in a tropical setting. This is a 3-bedroom 2.5 bath Oceanfront Suite (1,900 sf Living Area + Epic 280 sf Balcony). Without a doubt this unit literally has the WOW factor, the expression everyone has when they first enter and see the breathtaking views. As nice as the photos look, it looks twice as nice in real life. The Diamond Suite Designation is due to all the high end features it comes with, especially the stunning ocean views!
Everything about this unit is top of the line and brand new. Many of the most popular vacation rental websites have been infiltrated by more and more con artist that advertise properties and take payments/reservations for properties that do not exist. Also, many private owners throughout the keys are operating illegal vacation rentals in areas not zoned to allow for rentals of less than 28 days. This is an activity that the county is aggressively cracking down on for a variety of reasons. Owners that are caught by Code Enforcement face steep fines and are required to immediately stop advertising and cancel all of their reservations.
So, to insure you have the peace of mind in knowing that you are dealing with a legitimate vacation rental manager and will not become the next victim of internet fraud, finding yourself stranded in the keys without a place to stay or reserve from an owner that is running an illegal rental. It is imperative that you make sure the owner/manager you ultimately rent from is licensed by both Monroe County as well as The State of Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
Pest Control is one of my top priorities since all properties located in this tropical environment are vulnerable to becoming infested with roaches, ants, and spiders. Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guests. That is why all my units are treated and inspected on a regular basis by a Professional Extermination Company.
100% Guarantee that the unit you see advertised is the actual vacation rental you will get. Since ALL vacation rentals in Key Largo are privately owned, they are decorated and maintained based on the owner's taste and budget. The range varies from new and modern to outdated and worn-down. So don't take a gamble on your vacation and insist on seeing photos of the actual rental before you book!

We had a family of 4 and one additional guest. Plenty of room for us and the condo had everything we needed. The patio view was beautiful and relaxing. The complex was well maintained, has a huge pool, and even a food truck available a few days we were there. We were close to state park, grocery store, and tons of restaurant options.Communication with owner was easy.The unit had everything we needed.Highly recommend!!

Our stay was nice. There were a few things that could have been better. Things like more wash cloths, extra toilet paper (each bathroom had one roll), and the condo could have been a bit cleaner. Overall our stay was nice. We had a good time and the property is well kept and beautiful. They have a bunch of amenities including two pools, two hot tubs, two clubhouses, basketball courts, tennis, a marina and more... it was nice. Our condo had fishing poles, pool toys and beach towels. There is quite a bit to do around town and in the rest of the Keys. We didn't even get a chance to experience the half of it. We did go to Robbies marina in Islamorada Island and feed the tarpons, go on a glass bottom boat tour to see the reef and eat at the Lazy Lobster. All of which we would do again, just make sure you take dramamine for the boat tour.
