Kill House is an elegant historic property located in an area of outstanding scenic beauty close to the shores of the Atlantic sea at Kingstown Bay, near Clifden, the renowned Capital of Connemara in County Galway.



Kill House is situated only moments from one of the most famous tourist attractions in Ireland ‘The Sky Road’ with its majestic scenery of the rugged Coastline and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean where we can organise a private boat trip to visit islands such as Inishturbot, High Island and Omey Island. You can visit Cleggan Village where you can enjoy some fabulous seafood, from here take a boat trip to Inishbofin with its beautiful beaches, hire a bike or just relax. Only 5 minutes from the house there is a Coral beach where you can enjoy a swim, go snorkelling or take a walk along the coast. You can go surfing, mountain climbing, horse riding, enjoy walking tours, visit Kylemore Abbey and the Connemara National Park (Diamond Hill), take a boat trip on a tranquil lake, have a picnic on the white sandy beaches, play an 18 hole golf course, go deep sea fishing, fly fishing this is to name but a few of the wonderful activities in the area. Clifden is only a 5-minute drive away.

The dining room hosts a large dining table which seats up to 6 along with a smaller table seating up to 3. There is an open fireplace, ample windows allowing natural light and high ceilings. There are 2 doors leading from this large impressive room.



The reception room offers two comfy couches, large windows, a TV, an open fireplace & high ceilings.



The large kitchen has everything one would require, there are ample kitchen utensils for the cooking enthusiasts. A perfect setting for entertaining. Fully fitted with a dishwasher, gas oven and hob, extractor fan, 2 fridges, and freezer. There is a dining table seating up to 6 guests. Door to a pantry.



Door leading to utility/wet room with separate washing machine and drier. There is a shower unit, sink and WC. The door leads to the back of the property.



The stairs lead to the first-floor landing, door leads to a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a separate family bathroom.



The bedroom comprises 2 large windows overlooking the front and back of the property. Table with 2 chairs, door leading to an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower overhead, sink & WC.
