- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply. Delivery fee may apply.

- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.

Bringing a pet or would like the pool heated? Those can be arranged for an additional fee. Please check with us on size and number limits for pets and on the cost to heat the pool. No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

The house was plenty big for the 9 of us. The children loved the bunk bed room! The kitchen was a great size and having the large pantry was amazing!. The kitchen was well equipped , but the pots and pans were not in the best shape. The non stick coating was in very bad shape. This is not good since it is not healthy . I know it’s hard for owners since renters might not use proper utensils on such pots. The only other complaint is that the seating on the deck wasn’t very comfortable . An outdoor seating area with cushions would have been much nicer to have. The sunsets were beautiful from that area ! The beds were very comfortable ! Loved having 3 king bedrooms! I would rent this home again but bring my own pots and pans!

This is a great house that is not worded right. There's an elevator and it's not in the information at all. The pools location is awesome. The people walking up what looks like a private boardwalk is misleading. So people walk up by you at the house's pool. Great linens at house. The management never fixed any of things we reported. It was reported 3 times. Not one thing was fixed. One bathroom has almost no lights. The fan in living room doesn't work. There are tv all over the house and none of them work or are connected to a streaming service. There a lot of cleaning you have to do before leaving or check out with a broom that doesn't work well. So it's basically impossible.
