Needs some minor repairs, internet/wifi was an issue for the first few days. It wasn’t the easiest getting it fixed! The house did not seem as clean as it could have been. Overall, it was a nice vacation home, but for the price, could provide more accessories in the kitchen and could invest in some updated items. Would stay in this area again, but probably a different property.

What a lovely place! The house is very spacious with everything you need. We had a wonderful time with our family. There were 15 of us and we did not feel crowded. There was enough room for everyone to sleep, including a crib for our one-year-old grandson. The kitchen is well stocked and still plenty of room to put your groceries. There is a hose provided to wash the sand off your feet before coming in as well as a warm shower outside if you choose to use it. The view is beautiful! We enjoyed watching dolphins play right from the balcony and the beach. The beach is second to none and only steps away. The sunsets are beautiful! The kids loved playing in the sand and the adults enjoyed fishing from the beach right in front of the house. WE also enjoyed having evening fires on the beach. We did have one minor issue with a leak in the hose to wash our feet. It was taken care of immediately. The property manager and this place were fantastic!!!

This is a beautiful home on a great beach. Very easy for my elderly mom to get to the beach with the walk out path. Spacious home and very clean. With it being three stories, it does have a lot of steps.Great location with lots of beach in front. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location of Good Vibrations can’t be beat! Perfect spot on the gulf and Scallop Cove right across the street, perfect. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that the water heater was being replaced. We didn’t get a call to inform us of this. We only found out because we pulled up to the property about 10 min before check in time and was told by a 360 employee who was on site. The 360 emp told us they were finished and we could go on in. Later after all parties arrived and sweated unpacking and moving in we realized we had no hot water. Calls were made and voicemails left. Finally after an email we got a call back. Service showed up and told us that the water heater “was not replaced because the new one didn’t fit.” The serviceman had to go back to the office for a part and then called later saying he didn’t have the part needed and would have to come back first thing in the morning. So, 12 hot, sweaty, travel weary customers with no hot water. Service showed up the next day to fix the water heater and left letting us know it was good. We went back in to find the water still wasn’t hot. Finally they had us find the breaker box and flip the breaker to see if the service man had left it off. He had and the issue was finally corrected. Needless to say this was a huge irritation to start our stay. For the amt of money spent we expected MUCH better. Inside paint was peeling from wall, mold/mildew on air vents, and missing sleeper/sofa in queen room.
