About this apartment rental
Beautiful, remodeled condo in downtown Winter Park. Amazing location and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, breweries, distilleries, bakeries, a market, and more. Walk to concerts at Hideaway Park in the summer months; in the winter months, catch the bus right outside our door to hit the slopes! Our condo is a first floor, end unit with direct access to the river and miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. Grab a chair and a cocktail or set up your corn hole boards in the grassy area by the river. Enjoy the modern Recreation Center with an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, pool table, and fitness room. We've put our hearts into making this your home away from home and we look forward to hosting you!

We had a great stay—the location is excellent for getting to restaurants and the ski hill. And it’s right by the river, so we had a lovely view. The place is well-stocked and comfortable. It gave us the perfect location to get together with family. It was easy to find and Kerry was very helpful with anything we asked. Thank you!

Great space for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool and was a great way to spend the afternoon after skiing. Close proximity to town and easy to get around.

We just returned from an amazing vacation at this beautiful condo. It was so clean, spacious and cozy. We enjoyed family time on the slopes and by the warm fire at night. We walked everywhere and found so much delicious food close by. The winter park shuttles were so helpful in getting to and from the slopes. The property owner Kerry stayed in close communication before, during and after our trip to make sure all our needs were met and questions answered. We would highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone looking for a time together in a winter wonderland!!
