This place was FULLY remodeled last year and transitioned to an Airbnb. We have new appliances, beds, sofas, etc.
We have a fantastic open living concept with bar seating and a kitchen table. The place is 100% as pictured and you will have PLENTY of space.
Our kitchen is 100% fully stocked for you to enjoy all of your cooking/eating needs!

The place was clean and linens quite adequate! It was a bit sparse in places - no throw pillows on the couches and nowhere to hang our coats. It got quite cold in the bedrooms, too. Overall, it was still better than two hotel rooms - having the shared space and ability to eat together was key.Lots of good stuff in the kitchen, including a fully stocked coffee machine. Great location with a short walk to the L station. We enjoyed our stay in Chicago!

My stay at this property was a GIFT. Every space was conducive to a wonderful family Thanksgiving. The apartment was clean, spacious, and stocked with necessities. The location was cool, and surrounded by restaurants and stores. Parking was a challenge, but it’s the city. Once we figured it out, we were parking right across the street. I would stay here again, and recommend to anyone with a large party staying in Chicago!

Everything was great! Cable wasn't working when we arrived and the host delivered a Roku the next day! Clean, comfortable and just a short walk to Wrigley Field!

We had high hopes for this property but were unfortunately disappointed. The apartment was not comfortable. This includes the couches in the living room and all of the beds. The comforters were nice, which was extremely important because the bedrooms are drafty and cold, even with the heat on. The space is not well appointed. For example, only one small, thin towel was provided per person, there was no paper towel, and the kitchen lacked some basic tools. The space desperately needs a deep clean and a paint job. While communication with the management was easy and they were quick in their responses, getting the necessary check in information just one hour in advance was difficult and stressful for multiple people arriving from different places. The location was great.
