Lincoln Park Living - Suite 1

Group of three adults and three kids had a flawless stay. Safe, well lit parking in front of apartment -so convenient for loading and unloading! It is paid meter parking. Free after 6 pm. You have to move off the street from 7am-9am. Easy to get everywhere from apartment. Bus stop right outside the door. One step to get into the rental. Large living, dining and kitchen area. 5 comfy queen beds so lots of sleeping space. Kitchen is well stocked with dish soap, ground coffee, creamer and laundry detergent. Plenty of garbage bags, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. I didn't cook so I can't comment on cookware, but lots of dishes. Apartment was very clean. Minimal noise from upstairs apartment. Good pizza right next door and a gas station right across the street. The directions for check in were very precise and answered all of my questions. Messages answered immediately.

The beds are steel frame so they do squeak. The front bedroom with 2 queen beds needs new blinds and is very loud with street noise due to pizza place right next door (open until 3 am,) The other bedroom is super quiet. No kitchen towels but there was a new roll of paper towel. There wasn't any throw pillows on couch. We had a leak in the utility closet but rental agency was made aware of it.

I loved everything the place is beautiful everything works perfectly unlimited hot water, great little washer and dryer, very comfortable beds and there are a ton of beds in this place, comfy pillows, very nice granite, walking distance to everything you could ever imagine all the restaurants all the stores. I didn't need the host because they sent me all the information up front and it's super easy to get into but they were extremely nice anyway when I did talk to them

Only 1 tv in the living room and I search for free parking but it's mainly just from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. so I went down the street and paid $80 to park for my 4 days there but the place is phenomenal and you will never find a good deal like this with this many beds and this much room for this rate

It's a great location near public transit and a wide variety of restaurants. There's a bus stop practically right out the front, and there's a station where the Brown and Purple lines stop within walking distance. We flew in and didn't rent a car, and we had no problem getting places. I got coffee and breakfast at a place right next door, which was super convenient, and there's a few places nearby you could get snacks or something more substantive to have without ordering takeout. For us, the main space was more than enough to hang out in at the end of a long day out. The bedrooms were plenty as well.

The front bedroom can be a bit loud from street noise, though that quieted down at night. However, there's a nearby hospital, so there can be siren sounds even late at night. If you're a light sleeper, I'd suggest taking the bedroom further from Diversey. In my case, I brought earplugs and I was fine.

Lage, Ausstattung Küche

Kein kostenfreier Parkplatz wie bei der Buchung angegeben verfügbar. Ich habe 5 Minuten vor der Check in Zeit ein Onlineportal empfohlen bekommen, um dort einen Stellplatz zu buchen. Angeblich für 10$ am Tag, wir haben nur einen für 20$ am Tag bekommen und 0,5 milen entfernt. Die Bäder sind sehr alt und zum Teil notdürftig repariert. In beiden Bädern lief der Wasserhahn durchgängig, die Bäder wirken schmutzig. Das Apartment ist sehr dunkel, Jalousien zum Teil defekt.
