Enjoyed our stay at the Neighborhood hotel. Walking distance to so many amazing spots. We either walked or bused everywhere and had no issues getting around. The walk up to the 4th floor is a good quad burner but honestly it didn’t bother us after just bringing our luggage up the first time. Would stay here again!

Overall, it was an excellent experience. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The location was great as its a short walk to the lake and close to many grocery stores and convenience stores. The kitchen was mostly stocked and we were able to pick up things we needed rather easily in the neighborhood. We stayed on the 4th floor which wasn't an issue for us, but could have been a slightly challenging for someone with limited mobility. We would definitely consider coming back the next time we are in Chicago.

This was a bright spot and very spacious in a building that could easily go unnoticed from Clark Street in Lincoln Park. The beds were comfortable, great sofa in the tv area and the kitchen had everything we needed. The reason I gave only 3 stars for communication was that I sent several messages to see about an early check-in and didn’t hear back for a couple weeks and then right before our stay. Also we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hanging lights in the bedroom.
