About this apartment rental

This split-level condo is located on the 3rd floor with premium views. For your added comfort, a new AC system for the entire unit has recently been added. Tastefully decorated and meticulously cared for. It’s fully equipped with washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom with spectacular view of the ocean. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom with lush green view of the mountain. There is a half bathroom on the first level. This top floor condo has a premier view of the ocean. Appreciate the nature’s beauty such as gorgeous sunsets and whales breaching during winter months…. these can all be seen from your condo. Enjoy the property’s amenities such as pool, Jacuzzi, barbecue, and tennis court. Well known Poipu Beach Park and other fine beaches are within walking distance. Famous golf courses, shopping, and restaurants are just minutes away.

Please note: The property has no elevator, and it requires three flights of stairs to get to the condo.

On the good side, the view is lovely. We were greeted with a welcome pack, chocolates and instructions. The host was very responsive. There were snorkels and tennis racquets provided which was great. Parking is easy and the location is good. It was nice to have some spices in the cupboardand the kitchen was well stocked. On the downside, there is no adequate air conditioning in the bedrooms. The Portable units provided are noisy and ineffective. The wall air con wall tubing prevents the blinds from closing so you can’t get blockout. The ceiling fans are very slow. Fortunately, the trade winds help cool the apartment on the lower level, but the upper level remains stuffy. The bathrooms are old without ventilation. The carpet is old and feels damp in the humidity. This apartment really needs a revamp for the prices being charged.
