La struttura è in posizione favorevole, lievemente collinare ma a pochi minuti dalle spiagge di Francavilla al Mare. La colazione viene servita sotto un gazebo a bordo di una piscina dove ci si può rilassare. Lo staff è gentilissimo, Armando un perfetto padrone di casa sempre prodigo di consigli e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi richiesta.
