Lovely little house for rent, completely renovated in 2017 in the chic ethnic style, Casita Javea is located in the seaside resort of Javea. Located in a green urbanization, quiet and secure, you will feel at home. The Javea (El Arenal) sandy beach is just 500 meters away and can be reached on foot. Close to the Casita you can enjoy the restaurants, bars, shops of Javea, as well as a supermarket located 200 meters.
With all the necessary comforts, the house has a private pool, a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and plancha, a naya (covered terrace), a fully equipped kitchen, all small appliances and a parking space. Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, the Casita has 2 bedrooms with double bed, a shower room, a dining room and a lounge with TV and internet.
This small house has all the attractions of a villa with the advantage of being able to enjoy the proximity of all amenities.

We had a lovely stay here.Phil our check in contact was very helpful.The villa is located on a small gated urbanisation within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. There is also a supermarket within walking distance. The private outside area to the villa is quiet and very private. There is also garden furniture.The private pool looks lovely, we didn't use it as our visit was in May and it wasn't hot enough, it is maintained by the pool guy who comes once a week.Would stay here again.

Perfectly located with just 10 minute walk to Arenal beach & restaurants.Pool was a nice size (bigger than it looks in some photos).Felt safe in the location with it being gated access.Villa was very clean & provided everything we needed for a week’s stay.

Lovely spacious villa in a quiet residential area but just a short walk to the beach, bars and shops.Lovely outside relaxing area with a nice pool. Get the sunshine all day long.
